Settings → Integrations → Slack → Connect, then authorize Annsa in the Slack popup.
01Connect the workspace
02Choose the channels
Select the channels you want monitored. Add or remove them later from the same screen — there's no limit on how many you watch.
03What Annsa collects
Channels are polled every 10 minutes. Customer messages are classified, deduplicated and added to your feedback pool. Forwarded emails are parsed for the original sender's name and address.
04What it leaves alone
Bot messages, anything already imported, and everything posted before you connected.
05Channels worth watching
| Channel | What it captures |
|---|---|
#customer-feedback | Direct customer submissions |
#support | Support requests and complaints |
#customer-success | CS relays of customer conversations |
#sales-feedback | Feedback from calls and emails |
06React to add weight
Add a 👍 (or 🔥, ‼️, ➕, 💯) to an imported feedback message and that weight nudges the urgency of the priority it became — no one re-types anything. Reactions on the original message count, and a pile-on can't outweigh genuine severity: it's a tiebreak, not a driver.
07Ask Annsa in the channel
Ingestion is half the connection. Mention @Annsa in any connected channel and it answers from your feedback pool, in a thread under the question. Mention it inside a thread and it reads the conversation so far, so several people can hold one running discussion with it. See Ask Annsa in Slack.
08Disconnecting
Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. Polling stops; feedback already imported stays.
