When you answer a question or sign a priority, the answer stays on the priority with the reason. The next agent can read it from any tool, and is told to read it before it asks you again.
01Decisions are kept
02Principles
A principle is a rule of one or two sentences for a priority, an area, or your whole company. An agent can propose a principle, but it does nothing until you approve it. If a principle settles the topic, your agent doesn't ask.
Your call: which answers are rules.
03What was ruled out
Options you didn't take, and what an agent tried and rejected, stay on the priority so the next agent doesn't retry them.
04What your agent may settle alone
When you sign, you can say what your agent may decide. Anything outside goes to Needs you.
Your call: where your agent's remit ends.
05Over time
Ships, corrections and dismissed work show in the activity log. Over time, older memories that matter less are summarized each quarter.
