North star, strategy and focus

A north star says where you're going. A strategy says what you're focused on and why. Focus re-reads the same feedback against another goal. Bets say what comes first: see Bets.

Settings → Memory & AI tuning → North star. One line, 200 characters: what does success look like in 12 months? Paste your strategy into the Strategy field, or import a .md, .txt or .csv with Add your direction. Annsa reads it when ranking; it doesn't act on it.

Your call: the line your whole team would sign.

Above the priority list, pick a goal: User Growth, Revenue Growth, Retention Risks, Delighters, Bug Fixes & Quality or New Features. The list narrows to that kind of feedback, so it can come back empty. Nothing is deleted.

Ranking reads how many companies a theme touches, then revenue, then urgency. Agent findings rank by severity.

Focus asks a different question today. North star and strategy hold for a quarter. If one row looks wrong, correct it.
