02What's on every plan
Every Annsa feature, on every plan: feedback, surveys and imports; evidence-backed priorities, saved views, roadmap and bets; shared briefs and MCP access for coding and design agents; findings, verification evidence and customer follow-up. No feature is held back for a higher tier — you choose a signal allowance.
03What a signal is
One distinct piece of feedback or evidence. A transcript can contain several. On paid plans the allowance is per person and pooled across the team: 5 people on the $19 plan = $95/month, with 2,500 signals pooled across the team.
04Who needs a paid seat
People creating priorities, making decisions and directing work in Annsa. Connected agents and customers giving feedback are not paid seats; you pay for your agents through their provider, separately from Annsa.
05Hitting the limit
Your existing work and agent access stay available. New Annsa-funded signal processing pauses until your allowance renews or you upgrade. Nothing is silently dropped, and there are no automatic overage charges. You can also buy a one-time top-up from Settings → Billing.
06Changing plan
Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Questions go to support@annsa.ai.
