Open: not signed yet, including priorities that came back. Ready: signed "do this", not yet claimed. Building: an agent has claimed it. Shipped: the spec is shipped or done. Shared: customer notes went out. Closed: signed do nothing or dismiss. The default list shows open, ready and building. Ask for shipped or shared by name. Every list reads through your current focus, so switch focus or ask by number if a priority seems missing.

02Your agent moves it
Your agent claims a priority to start it and ships it when done, backed by its receipts. Lines it couldn't check show as unchecked. Shipping never deploys.
03Shipped isn't the end
Annsa drafts a note to everyone behind the priority, one message per person. You review and send it, and sending moves the priority to shared. See Telling customers.
Your call: what to say, and when.
04It can come back
If customers raise a shipped priority again, it reopens as came back in Needs You. What was decided, checked and learned stays on it.
05Parked is a flag
A parked priority keeps its stage and carries a Parked badge. See Parking priorities.
