Importing your roadmap

Paste the plan you already have. The document is kept, and its lines land as priorities or ideas.

01What it's for

Importing your roadmap puts your intentions next to customer evidence, so priorities are weighed against your direction, not just the loudest request.

02Hand it over

Importing is yours; an agent credential is refused. Give Annsa the document text (50 characters at least) and, if you like, a title.

03Where the lines land

The document is saved to Memory → Strategy straight away. In the app, at /roadmap/import, its lines become hypothesis priorities. Over MCP, Annsa only proposes: it shows the lines it found, creates nothing, and lands the ones you select as ideas.

Your call: which lines are worth having on the board.

04Hypotheses are not evidence

A hypothesis priority is a bet on what customers will want, not yet backed by their words. Place it on a bet when it's ready.

05The document is kept

A newer import versions the original instead of forking a copy. Your agent can propose a change to the approved direction, but it isn't the direction until you accept it. See Decisions and principles.
