Accounts

When you connect a source, Annsa resolves the person and company behind each piece of feedback. A priority can then say 4 companies asked instead of 4 mentions, with each company counted once.

Open an account for three tabs: Account, People and Conversations. The header counts its people and signals and shows its priorities by state, plus how many are parked.

Four fields you control: Renewal date, ARR (USD), Plan and Segment. Each reads Not set until you set it, and no ARR counts as unknown, not zero.

Your call: fill in the accounts whose worth you know.

People lists everyone Annsa has heard from. Priorities shows what the account raised and each one's state; a shipped row links to Telling customers. Conversations has every quote, with who said it and where. Read it before a renewal call.
