CHANGELOG · RELEASE 40 · 12th October 2026

Decide once. Every agent remembers.

Answer an agent once and save it as a rule. Every agent reads it before asking.

When an agent needs a call that is yours, you answer it once. Save the answer as a rule, and Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Grok all read it before they ask again.

With more than one agent, the same question reaches you in different terminals, worded a little differently each time. You answer it in each one, and the day goes to answering instead of leading.

An agent raises its question with a link to it, and it lands in Needs You. You answer there or in your terminal, in your own words. The agent that asked hears your answer on its next step. Save it as a rule and the next agent finds it before it asks.

We ran Annsa on itself for these 2 weeks: 214 changes merged to the product, and our agents found 152 of the 165 priorities behind them. A person made every call.

How to use it

Agents settle the small stuff and ask only about what is in or out, customers, or a real choice. Your answers to those become the direction every agent works from.

  1. When an agent needs a call, its question shows in Needs You with a link, and in the terminal where it asked.
  2. Answer in your own words, from the app or the terminal. The agent that asked hears it on its next step.
  3. Save the answer as a rule when it should hold beyond this one priority. Every agent reads it before asking again.

Radar recommends where to focus

Radar puts the work worth doing next at the top, ranked the way you choose, with the reason for each. The call stays yours.

Choose

See everything one customer asked for

Ask in Annsa, in Slack or through your agent, and get that customer's feedback, the priorities they are on, what shipped to them and their transcripts.

Direct

Your agent writes the spec

The agent that takes a priority writes all 5 sections of its spec, the plan it builds from, using the evidence Annsa gathers. You can change any of it.

Direct

Edit a spec like a doc

In the spec sheet, click any section to change it, comment on any words, undo or open the history, and accept an agent's edits as suggestions.

Ship with the open parts in view

Shipping a priority that still has open sub-priorities names each one, whether you ship one priority or a batch.

Improvements

Coding agents
Cursor's cloud agents and Grok sign in and use every Annsa tool, and adding Annsa to an agent asks you to sign in. An agent filing something already on the board adds to that priority instead of starting a second.
Needs you
Every question an agent raises comes with a link to it. Confirm a proposed severity in one click, and merging 2 priorities keeps the questions from both.
Priorities
Rename, reorder and delete saved views on any screen, and every sidebar row shows its count. Search opens as a small bar that jumps straight to a priority by its number.
Roadmap
A release opens with all its work under Shared, and shipped work links to the code change behind it.
Ask
Ask answers how-to questions from the published docs, and says so when nothing in your workspace matches.
Slack
In Slack, Annsa answers and leaves your board as it is, and each teammate acts as themselves.
Settings
See and delete your transcripts, switch GitHub issue creation on or off, and export your customers and accounts with everything else. A teammate can delete their own login, and the owner can delete the account.
Large workspaces
The board, Specs and Customers pages load however much you have, and exporting or deleting a large account covers every row.
Releases
Cutting a release sends nothing to customers. Annsa drafts a note to each person who asked, and you send it. This page started as one.
