Parking Priorities

Defer something without losing it — parked priorities stay in the list, greyed out, with the feedback behind them intact.

Park → Reason → Unpark

01When parking is the right call

The priority is real but not actionable now — out of scope this quarter, waiting on more signal, blocked on a dependency, or low revenue impact against your current focus.

02Park one

Open the priority, choose Park in the action menu, add a reason if you want (up to 500 characters), confirm.

03Park several at once

Select them with the checkboxes that appear on hover, click Park in the batch bar, and add one reason covering all of them.

04Write the reason for your future self

It's freeform. Whatever gives the team context when they come back to it is the right thing to write.

05Where parked ones live

Still in the ranked list, greyed out, showing the reason and when they were parked.

06Bringing one back

Select it and click Unpark. It rejoins the active list and is scored against current feedback — if signal arrived while it was parked, the score may have moved.

07Feedback keeps accruing

Parking doesn't touch the underlying items, and new feedback on the same theme still groups in. You'll see the updated volume when you unpark.

08Parking is not deleting

Parking defers, deleting is permanent. If there's any chance the theme returns, park it.
