Go to Settings, then Surveys, and click a survey name.

Total responses, responses this week, positive, neutral and negative sentiment, average rating (1 to 5), bug reports, feature requests, and revenue tier for responses that include an email. Each card has a 30-day trend.
03Read the responses
The table shows each submission with its text, date, rating, the priority it was routed to, and its intent. Filter by rating, intent or status.
04Split by feature or flow
If your snippet sets data-context, Annsa stores that tag with every response, like feature:dark-mode or flow:checkout-complete, and you can filter by it.
Your call: which feature is getting thumbs down often enough to become a priority.
05Export and key
Export CSV downloads what your current filters show. To rotate the key, click Regenerate API Key. The old key stops working at once, and responses sent with it are lost. So open your snippets first, regenerate, paste the new key into data-api-key everywhere, and publish.
