Welcome to Annsa! By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (Annsa is a B2B service for professionals)
• You are responsible for your account security
• Provide accurate information during registration

Subscription Plans

• A signal is one distinct piece of feedback or evidence; a transcript can contain several
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe, per person with a paid seat — people creating priorities, making decisions and directing work; connected agents and customers giving feedback are not paid seats
• Upgrades take effect immediately
• Cancel anytime via Settings → Billing
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period — you retain access until then
• No pro-rata refunds for partial months
• After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow resubscription
• Usage limits are enforced per plan; at the limit, new Annsa-funded signal processing pauses until the allowance renews or the plan changes — nothing is dropped and there are no automatic overage charges

Acceptable Use

You may:

• Upload and process customer feedback
• Generate engineering specs
• Connect integrations (GitHub, Slack, etc.)

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload malware or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Resell access without authorization

Team & Shared Access

• Account owners can invite team members as Editors
• Editors have access to all feedback, priorities, and specs within the workspace
• Owners are responsible for managing team member access
• Removing a team member revokes their access immediately
• Team member limits are determined by your plan

Integrations

When you connect integrations (Slack, GitHub, Google Sheets, feedback widget), you authorize Annsa to access data from those services as configured. You can disconnect any integration at any time via Settings.

Your Data

• You own your data — we do not claim ownership of your feedback, specs, or customer information
• You grant us a limited license to process your data to operate the service
• Export your data via Settings
• Delete your workspace and all data via Settings

AI-Generated Content

• Specs, priorities, and AI assistant answers are generated by AI based on your data
• Annsa learns from your actions to improve future suggestions
• Review all AI-generated content before use
• We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or suitability

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annsa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
