Before shipping, your agent checks each Done When line against the live system and records proof: how it was checked and where you can follow it. A line it couldn't check stays unchecked, and it says so.
01Proof
02Proof doesn't block a ship
When your agent ships, ship never needs proof, and verify is optional for each line. So open the spec and look at each line. The GitHub path below is different.
Your call: is an unchecked line fine, or does it need doing before you tell anyone?
03What shipped means
Your agent marks the priority shipped. It does not deploy anything, and merged is not deployed. Releasing to production stays your decision. Separately, when a pull request that names the priority (an Annsa-Spec: line or #N) merges into your live branch, Annsa marks the priority shipped on its own only if every Done When line has proof. If a line has none, Annsa adds a note and doesn't ship it. See GitHub.
04After the ship
What your agent learned goes on the priority for the next spec. Annsa drafts a note to the customers behind it. See Share Back. If customers raise the problem again, the priority reopens as came back.
