Customers

See every customer behind the signals — the priorities their feedback shaped, and the revenue context that changes what deserves attention.

Customer → Feedback → Priority → Share back

01See who gave feedback

Open Customers from the main navigation to see everyone who has submitted feedback, across all connected sources.

02What each record shows

Every record shows available name and email, revenue, feedback volume, the priorities they've contributed to and the most recent interaction date.

03How revenue works

Revenue is whatever you import — Annsa maps a revenue, MRR, ARR, price or spend column into one value per customer. It shapes the default User Growth ranking, and the Revenue Growth lens ranks by it directly. Retention Risks ranks on negative sentiment, so it doesn't read revenue.

04Open a customer's history

Open a customer to see their full feedback history, the priorities they influenced and their contact details. Edit their name, email or revenue when it changes.

05Search and filter

Search by name or email, or filter by revenue to compare what your highest-revenue customers are asking for against everyone else.

06How revenue affects ranking

On the Revenue Growth lens, a problem from a few high-revenue accounts can outrank a higher-volume request from smaller ones. In the default User Growth ranking, revenue is one signal among several.

07Close the loop when you ship

A connected email lets Annsa link shipped work back to the people who asked. It drafts a Share Back note for you to approve before it sends, and their reply comes back as fresh feedback.
