Working with Priorities

Priorities are groups of similar feedback, ranked by what matters right now. There's no cap — more feedback makes more of them.

Assess → Group → Score → Rank

01How one gets made

  1. Assess — each feedback item is assessed for meaning
  2. Group — similar feedback is combined automatically
  3. Score — importance is calculated across six dimensions
  4. Rank — priorities sort by your chosen focus

02It learns your product's language

Annsa finds your website from your email domain at signup and scrapes it in the background, so urgency levels and themes use your terminology rather than generic labels. Change or add a URL at Settings → Account → Your product.

05Correcting a wrong type

Fix it once and Annsa applies the correction to future feedback on the same theme. New feedback doesn't undo it.

06Competitor mentions surface

When customers name a competitor it appears on the card and the context goes into the spec — which names come up, how often, and whether people are comparing features or actively switching.

07Narrowing the list

  • Click a type badge to filter by that type
  • Use the Theme filter for a topic area
  • Use the status buttons (Ready / Building / Shipped / Shared) for pipeline stage
  • Shift+⌘K / Shift+Ctrl+K for semantic search across feedback, priorities and specs

08Acting on several at once

09Deferring without deleting

Park a priority and it stays in the ranked list, greyed out with a Parked badge and a freeform reason (up to 500 characters). Unpark and it returns, rescored against current feedback. See Parking Priorities for the full guide.

10Next step

Set your product focus at Settings → Account so specs come out more relevant — then click any priority to open its spec and start building.
