Set up your board with your agent

Your agent looks at what you're building and fills your board with you.

01Copy this to your agent

Paste it into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Grok. If you haven't connected yet, start with the Quick start.

Using Annsa, look at this project and what I've been working on. Propose up to five ideas for me to place, flag anything that looks broken with how serious it is and the likely cause, and ask me what we should focus on.

02What your agent does

  1. Reads the project it's working in, and asks what you have: a plan, a list of ideas, what customers have said, or just what's on your mind.
  2. Adds up to five ideas to your board, in your words. They land as proposals, not decisions.
  3. Files anything that looks broken as a finding, with a severity (P0 to P3) and the likely cause.
  4. Asks you one question: what should your agents focus on right now?

03What you do

Your call: Keep or set aside each proposal. Nothing is placed until you say so. Then answer the focus question: your answer becomes your first bet.

04What you'll see in Annsa

Proposals on Priorities, each marked as proposed by your agent. Your bet heads the board once you write it.

05Good to know

  • Five is a cap your agent keeps. Ask for more and it checks with you first.
  • A finding without a severity sinks to the bottom of the board, so your agent always sends one.
