The first call opens a consent screen in your browser. Approve once. There's no API key to paste. Windsurf signs in as you, with your full rights. See What your agent can do.
03Check it worked
Ask Windsurf for your priorities. The reply names the environment, host and workspace. It should say production, app.annsa.ai and your workspace. If it says anything else, stop and fix that before anything is written.
04Try this first
Ask: what should I work on? Then: show me the spec for #N and claim it if nobody holds it.
05If it doesn't connect
Server not appearing: remote servers use serverUrl, not url, in Windsurf's config.
Unauthorized or expired: reload the server and approve the browser consent again.
Empty list: bring in your feedback first.
