Choose what to build · Feedback
Every customer request in one list.
In their own words, with how many people asked for the same thing.
Without it
Requests are scattered across Slack, support and call notes.
The same ask arrives from different places and looks like different asks.
I can't remember who asked for what.
Your activity log

What happened to your feedback, and when
What Annsa does with every message.
Annsa reads each message before it reaches your list.
- Split one message into its separate requests.
- Count the same request once, wherever it came from.
- Tie it to the person who said it.
Wherever customers already talk to you.
You stay in control
Annsa sorts it. You make the call.
You choose what gets built. Open any row to read exactly what was said.

Questions people ask.
Q1
What if feedback isn't in English?
Annsa reads 16 languages. Quotes stay in the words they were written in, and the spec shows a translation beside them.
Q2
Do I have to map columns when I import?
Not for Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot or Typeform exports. Other files go through the column mapper.
Q3
Does Annsa reply to customers?
No. It shows you who asked, and you send the note.
