CHANGELOG · 29th September 2026
Shipped work reopens when customers raise it again.
New feedback on something you shipped puts the priority back in front of you, with the result of the last ship on its row.
When new feedback lands on something you already shipped, Annsa reopens that priority and puts it back in front of you.
A ship is a bet that the problem is gone. The first sign it is not often arrives weeks later as ordinary feedback, from someone who never saw the note that it shipped.
Annsa places that feedback on the shipped priority, reopens it in Needs you and shows the result of the last ship on its row, so you pick it up with everything you already know. An update about the work itself, like a ship receipt, never reopens it.
How to use it
A priority you ship stays open to the feedback that follows it. A report after the ship lands on the work it is about, so the next fix starts from what the last one did.
- Ship a priority, from the board or from your coding agent.
- Share back with the people who asked. Annsa lists the ones it can write to.
- When new feedback lands on that priority, it reopens in Needs you with the result of the last ship on its row.

The priority list shows cards like the roadmap, with the evidence, the owner and the pull request at any screen size.
Filter every list from one panel
One panel on the right filters every list in Annsa the same way.
See who asked and who heard back
The Customers page shows each person's requests and the updates they have been sent.
Improvements
- Share Back
- Share back offers only the people Annsa can write to, however old the priority.
- Feedback
- A narrower problem sits under the priority it belongs to and keeps its own name.
- Imports
- An import shows on the board within a minute, and every new priority it makes arrives in an area.
- Needs you
- Needs you asks only when Annsa is unsure, and an approved update leaves the list straight away.
- Ask and specs
- Ask and the spec open beside the page, on whichever side you choose.
- Coding agents
- A new workspace shows your agent where to start. Agents check for an existing priority before adding one, can tell you whose account they are on and hear when a plan limit holds a finding.
- Settings
- Every setting is easy to find, toggles read clearly in dark mode and sheets line up on a phone.
- Slack
- Slack uses the bot setting and categories you choose, and carries customer names exactly as written, accents included.
- Getting started
- The welcome email arrives the moment you sign up.
