See who asked before you decide.

Each customer's requests, in their exact words, with what they pay and what they were told.

Without it

I can't remember who asked for this.

A big customer's request gets buried under small ones.

Customers ask for something and never hear back.

Your customers

Every request, tied to a person and a company.

Who asked, what they pay and when you last heard from them
Annsa's customer table with revenue, feedback count and last activity.

What stays with each customer.

Open a customer to see what they asked for, or open a priority to see who asked.

  1. Their requests, in their own words.
  2. What they pay.
  3. What they were told.

You stay in control

Annsa drafts. You send.

When a job ships, Annsa shows you who asked and drafts a note to each of them. You read it and send it.

Questions people ask.

Q1

Does a big customer always win?

No. Broken things rank first. Among customer requests, more companies asking ranks higher, then revenue, then urgency.
Q2

If five people at one company ask, does it count five times?

No. The company counts once on that priority, and all five people are listed behind it.
Q3

Can I see a whole company instead of one person?

Yes. Group customers by person or by account.
Q4

Is this a CRM?

No. It is the company view of your feedback, not a sales record.
