Learn as you go
The people who asked hear that you built it.
When a job ships, you see who asked for it, with a note to each of them ready to read and send.
Without it
You ship what a customer asked for, and they never hear about it.
Nobody remembers who asked.
A note to each person takes the whole afternoon.

Their quote, their name, your note
What you do when a job ships.
Each request stays linked to the person and the quote behind it, so the note reaches the people who asked.

- Send it by email, in-app or both.
You stay in control
You decide what goes out.
Annsa drafts. You change the wording, add a line of your own or take someone off the list, then send it.

Questions people ask.
Q1
Can an agent send the notes?
No. Agent credentials can't send a note to a customer.
Q2
What if a customer replies?
Replies to the email go to your team inbox. If someone answers "Not yet" from the note, that comes back on the shipped priority.
Q3
What about release notes?
Ask your agent to cut a release. It collects everything shipped since the last one and writes a changelog summary. The app lists your releases.
