Shipping and resolving are two different facts. Annsa could tell you a feature went out. It could not tell you whether the person who asked for it got what they needed.

Now the page that tells your customer their request shipped asks one question back: did this resolve it? Yes or Not yet. Say Not yet and Annsa captures what is still missing, and that goes straight back into the ranking.

So a shipped brief carries an outcome, not a send receipt.

Success metric

Each spec names the one metric it should move and where to read it.

Radar replies

Reply in the Radar Slack thread and Annsa answers right there.

Needs a connected Slack workspace.

Editor connection

The app and CLI hand you the exact prompt to copy, so priorities and specs reach Cursor and Claude Code.

Fixed and refined

Fixed. A long feedback quote broke its layout in a brief. The product switcher is on for every account. Priority rows show how many customers are behind them.

  1. 01Ship a brief and share it back as usual.
  2. 02Your customer answers Yes or Not yet on their own page.
  3. 03Open the brief. It now reads how many confirmed the fix, and whether the feedback went quiet.
