What is product strategy?
Product strategy is the set of choices about who your product is for, which problem it solves and what it will deliberately not do.
The test is whether it rules anything out. If every reasonable next step still fits, you have a description, not a strategy.
Strategy isn't a roadmap or a set of goals. A roadmap says what comes next. Strategy explains why that and not something else.
