CHANGELOG · 4th April 2026
Hit your plan limit and Annsa holds every signal, instead of dropping it.
Week of Mar 31 – Apr 4
CSV format detection
Upload an Intercom, Zendesk or HubSpot export and Annsa recognises it. The import skips column mapping.
Overflow queue
A plan limit is the moment a product decides what it thinks of you. The easy answer is to drop whatever arrives next. The feedback your customer took the trouble to write simply stops existing, and you never learn what you missed.
Annsa keeps it. Every item that lands past your monthly limit goes into a queue, in order, and is released the moment your plan renews, tops up or upgrades. Oldest first, so the customer who waited longest is scored first.
The Billing tab shows exactly what is waiting and when it lands. You reach your limit and you still hold the full picture, which is the only kind of limit worth having.
Fixed and refined
Fixed. Feedback that arrives with a name but no email creates and links a customer record, on every channel. Connected Google Sheets import new rows on their own, with no Sync click.
