Bring your own strategy or start with feedback. Either way it meets your customers in one ranked list.

Bring your own strategy
Some teams already have a product strategy. Others only have a pile of customer feedback. Now you choose how to begin.
Set up your strategy first and Annsa holds it as context, then matches incoming feedback against it. Or start with feedback and let priorities surface from what customers are saying.
Either path uses the same pipeline. Strategy you bring in starts as a hypothesis, ranked below proven work until customer signal backs it, then rises like everything else. Your plan and your customers' voice sit in one ranked list.
Roadmap by theme
Group the roadmap into swimlanes by the themes customers are asking about, in an order that sticks.
Ask one product
Scope an Ask to a single product and Annsa answers from just that product's feedback.
Ask in Slack, straight answers
Ask a data question in Slack and Annsa answers directly, with the customers behind the number.
Needs a connected Slack workspace.
Split feedback
Pull a stray signal out of a priority it does not fit and give it its own.
Slack reactions
React on a feedback thread in Slack and that weight reaches the priority it became.
Needs a connected Slack workspace.
Fixed and refined
Fixed. A daily report could call a known customer "(unknown)"; it now names the real customer and email. A roadmap that imported cleanly could report itself as failed; it reports the truth now. A priority's category, score and Types filter could drift across views; they now come from one source, and trend is computed live from feedback timestamps. During an outage the app shows a banner instead of stale figures; revenue stays a number the customer gave you; a metric Annsa never measured no longer reads as one that did not move. Priorities, customers, transcripts, surveys and Ask threads get short, friendly URLs. Sign-in and the in-product welcome wear the Annsa look, and inputs stay legible in light mode. Resetting an account is cleaner and safer: memory and billing stay; the rest clears. Get set up (catch-up, shipped Jul 9): declare your product first, then connect sources, with a checklist that tracks what's done and yields the space back once you're set.
Connect a source and see what your customers have been telling you.
Product intelligence for growth.
