Annsa vs Pendo
Pendo shows how people use your product, and Pendo Listen helps you prioritize. Annsa turns what customers ask for into work your agents finish, and drafts the note telling them it shipped.
At a glance
What each is built for.
| Pendo | Annsa | |
|---|---|---|
| Built for | Teams guiding product usage | Product builders with agents doing the building |
| Core job | Analytics and in-app guides | End to end: choose what to build, direct every agent, learn as you go |
| Prioritization | Ideas mapped to account data | Ranked automatically, with the reason |
| Where it goes | A roadmap and Jira issues | One plan every agent builds from, then a note to each customer who asked |
| Where you work | Inside your product | Your agents over MCP, and the Annsa app |
End to end
What makes Annsa different.
Annsa takes you from what customers asked for to telling them it shipped, with every agent working from one ranked list. Pendo is where a team measures product usage and guides users inside the app.

"Not listed" means Pendo's own pages don't mention it, as of 19 October 2026.
What Pendo does well
Pendo is very good at this.
Analytics on what people do in your product.
Pendo tracks pages, features and events, with retroactive analytics, so you can see usage you didn't plan to measure.
In-app guides without engineering work.
Teams build walkthroughs, tooltips and announcements, target them by segment, and measure results. Leo can help build guides (open beta).
Feedback tied to account data.
Listen takes in Gong, Zendesk, surveys and NPS comments, and maps each idea to account ARR, churn risk and in-product behavior.
An MCP server for AI agents, with a Free plan to start.
Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and ChatGPT can query Pendo data, and the Free plan covers up to 500 monthly active users.
Where it gets hard
Where it gets hard when agents do the building.
Say you run four coding agents and a small team. Pendo shows what users do and what they ask for, and your agents can read that data over its MCP server. But each agent still needs to know what's next, what counts as done, and who to ask when a call is yours. Those answers end up in chats and comments, and you answer the same question twice.
What Annsa does instead
A ranked queue your coding agents work from.
Feedback, your roadmap, your ideas and what your agents find, ranked with the reason, so every agent knows what's next.
Only your calls reach you.
Agents settle routine questions by your rules. Scope, customers, a principle, a real choice or anything touching security come to you, in three lines with their pick.
Decide once. Every agent learns.
Save an answer as a rule, and every agent gets it with the spec. When work ships, Annsa drafts a note to each customer who asked, for you to send.
Pricing
What each costs.
Pendo
A Free plan for up to 500 monthly active users. Base, Core and Ultimate are priced on request, by monthly active users (no list prices on the pricing page).
Annsa
Try Annsa free with 100 signals, once. Then Annsa at $19 or Annsa Plus at $39 per person a month, every feature on both; 500 signals a person a month on Annsa, 1,500 on Plus. A signal is one piece of customer feedback or evidence. One plan covers choosing, directing and learning, and you bring your own agents, as many as you like.
Pendo prices by monthly active users and sells AI add-ons separately; Annsa prices per person and meters customer signals. Check both pricing pages before you decide: they change.
Which to pick
Pick the one that fits how you build.
Pick Pendo if
- You need analytics on how people use your product, with session replay.
- You want to guide users with in-app walkthroughs and announcements.
- You want NPS and other surveys tied to usage and account data.
- You want to start on a Free plan for up to 500 monthly active users.
Pick Annsa if
- You're building with AI agents and want every agent working from one ranked list.
- You want customer feedback, your own ideas and what your agents find in the same place.
- You want agents to ask only when a call is yours, and every agent to learn your answer.
- You want your priorities to become work your coding agents claim and verify.
Switching
Moving from Pendo?
- Connect the feedback sources you already use, such as Slack and Intercom.
- Connect your coding agents to Annsa over MCP.
- Ask your agent what to build first, and who asked for it.
- When work ships, send the Share Back note Annsa drafts.
Annsa doesn't import from Pendo today. Connecting your feedback sources brings in new feedback, not the records already stored in Pendo.
